Wwwaq999 Terms & Conditions — Clear, Simple & Complete

wwwaq999By using the website or app, you automatically agree to these terms. This isn't a complex legal document — it's a mutual understanding between you and wwwaq999 to keep both parties safe.

These terms apply to all services on the site — Sports Betting, Live Casino, slot games, virtual sports, and any promotional activities. Where a specific service has its own additional terms, those apply alongside these general terms.

Wwwaq999 reserves the right to update these terms at any time. Any changes will be announced on the site along with the effective date. Continued use of the site after such changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

All information provided during registration at wwwaq999 must be accurate and your own. Accounts registered with a false name, address, or identity will be closed and any balance may be forfeited.

• Only one account per person is allowed. Opening multiple accounts using the same device, IP address, or payment method is strictly prohibited.
• Your account is personal and non-transferable — it must not be shared with or used by anyone else.
• It is your responsibility to keep your password confidential. If you notice any unauthorised access to your account, contact support immediately.
• Wwwaq999 may request a national ID or other documentation for identity verification at any time. Failure to provide the required documents within 72 hours may result in a temporary account suspension.

To change your registered email address or mobile number after account creation, you must submit a request to support — this cannot be done directly on the site for security reasons.

Wwwaq999 currently supports deposits and withdrawals via bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. More payment methods may be added in the future — any updates will be reflected on the site.

• Minimum Deposit: ৳300. Minimum deposit amounts may vary for certain bonuses.
• Minimum Withdrawal: ৳500. The maximum daily withdrawal limit varies depending on your account level.
• Withdrawals can only be made to a payment account registered in your own name. Sending funds to a third party's account is not permitted.
• Processing typically takes 5–15 minutes, though during peak traffic it may take up to 24 hours.
• Large withdrawals may be held until KYC (identity verification) is completed.

If your balance is debited during a deposit but doesn't appear in your account due to a server issue or payment gateway disruption, contact support within 24 hours with your transaction reference — the matter will be reviewed and resolved.

There are some key rules that apply to Sports Betting at wwwaq999. Not knowing them can lead to confusion when it comes to bet settlement.

• Confirmed Bet: Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled — except in specific circumstances such as an event being called off.
• Cancelled or Incomplete Match: If fewer than 90 minutes are played in football, or fewer than the scheduled overs are bowled in cricket, the bet is generally voided and the full stake is refunded. However, specific rules may vary by sport.
• Accumulator Bet: If one leg of a bet is voided, it is treated as odds of 1.00 and the remaining legs determine the settlement of the bet.
• Odds Error: If a bet is accepted at incorrect odds due to a technical error, wwwaq999 reserves the right to void that bet and return the stake.
• In-Play Betting: Odds change moment to moment in live betting. The odds at the time your bet is confirmed are the ones that apply.

All bonus offers at wwwaq999 are subject to both general and bonus-specific terms. Each bonus has its own conditions listed alongside it.

• Wagering Requirement: A bonus must meet the required wagering amount before it can be withdrawn. For example, ×15 means you need to place bets totalling 15 times the bonus amount.
• Validity: Every bonus has a set validity period. If the wagering requirement is not met within that period, the bonus will be forfeited.
• Multiple Bonuses: While a welcome bonus is active, other deposit bonuses are generally not available. However, cashback and loyalty points always apply.
• Restricted Games: Bonus bets may not apply to certain games — this is clearly specified in each bonus's terms and conditions.
• Organised or artificial betting intended to earn bonuses — including arbitrage or attempting to exploit promotions without meeting the conditions — is strictly prohibited.

All casino games at wwwaq999 are developed by world-renowned software providers — including Evolution, Pragmatic Play, and NetEnt. Every game outcome is determined by an RNG (Random Number Generator) and verified through independent third-party audits.

• Each game's RTP (Return to Player) percentage is set by the game provider — wwwaq999 does not alter it in any way.
• If you get disconnected during a game, the result is saved on our server — you'll be able to see it once you reconnect.
• If a technical issue occurs mid-game, that round may be voided and your bet refunded.
• In Live Casino games, the dealer's decision is final — all games are conducted according to their respective rules.

A stable internet connection is required to play games at wwwaq999. wwwaq999 is not liable for losses resulting from network issues, though support will be provided in cases of server errors.
